What should I do if my device remains offline on the platform after configuration on DeviceLive?
Check the following:
- Ensure the device’s network connection is normal.
- Verify that the local cloud service on the device is enabled.
- Confirm the device’s firmware version supports connecting to the cloud platform.
- If using cellular connectivity, ensure the IoT card’s whitelist includes: *.inhandcloud.com, *.amazonaws.com.
- Check if the device is bound with a license. If not, go to "InHand Cloud Service >> Subscriptions" to bind a license.
