Connecting with Siemens Sm@rtClient using InHand router IR615

Good morning,

I have an InHan IR615-WLAN router (firmware version 2.3.0.r4870) connected to an
automations with PLC, Panel Pc, vison systems, robots ect.

It was configured by importing a backup from another modem
currently running.

The router is connected to the WAN port via DHCP to the
customer's network.

As LAN settings the address is static on IP 192.168.1.140. The
machinery network is all on 192.168.1.xxx

No problem reaching it through the InHand Device Cloud site or
Device Manager.

I use the Device Touch Client V 1.25 program to initiate the
connection.

From Device Cloud I added from Devices - Controller the various
devices connected to it.

Once connected I can safely access the PLC (address
192.168.1.1), some vision systems (Keyence address 192.168.1.115
/ 116 / 117 / 118) and the router itself (192.168.1.140)

What I cannot do is connect via Siemens' Sm@rtClient to the
machine's Panel PC (ESA cod.XS719SPC3L000 IP address
192.168.1.50).

We have tried connecting the router to another Panel PC (Siemens
SIMATIC IPC 477E IP address 192.168.1.3) and we cannot reach it.

Otherwise if I connect a simple HMI (Siemens HMI KTP900 9''
Basic) I can both use the Sm@rtClient and make a download to it.

The gateway on the panels is set correctly.

Besides that we have seen that other devices are not pinged as
it happens for panel pc (example Weintek CMT-FHDX-820 IP address
192.168.1.10) which however using the cMT Viewer program in
online simulation I can easily reach it.

We created a NAT rule in FIREWALL / NAT but it doesn't work. I
still cannot ping the panel (tried on Siemens SIMATIC IPC 477E
IP address 192.168.1.3)

SNAT

PROTO = IP

SOURCE IP = 10.8.0.42/16,

DESTINATION IP = 192.168.1.3/24,

TRANSLATED IP= 192.168.1.140

How can I solve this?
