To restore factory defaults:

Power on the device and immediately press and hold the Reset button for about 15 seconds until only the System indicator is steady red.

Release the Reset button when the System indicator turns off and then turns red again.

When the System indicator turns off, press the Reset button (ensure it blinks red twice) and release it. The device will revert to default settings.
