How do I perform a hardware factory reset on the IG502?

With the IG502 powered on, press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds until the ERR LED stays solid, then release it. After the ERR LED goes off, press the RESET button again until the ERR LED flashes, then release it to complete the reset.
