After the device goes online, it will reapply the configuration stored on the platform. To perform a factory reset on the device, please follow these steps: 
1. Confirm whether the device has a grouping configuration. If it does, the device needs to be removed from the grouping or the grouping configuration needs to be cleared first; 
2. Go to the device list/device details and clear the personalized configuration of the device; 
3. Select the device and click on "Command>>Factory Restore".
