Log in to the official Device Manager platform (https://iot.inhandnetworks.com/user/login) and enter your registered account password; 
    Navigate to [Device Management→Device List], and select "IR302" in the "Device Model" filter box to filter out all IR302 devices; 
    Click the "Export" button in the top right corner of the list, select "Export Device Info", and the exported Excel report will include a "Firmware Version" column, allowing you to directly view the firmware versions of multiple devices.
