How to configure the cellular function on IR300?
Please go to Network-->Cellular, Enable it. Set the SIM1 Network Provider to Profile1, fill in APN if the ISP offers special APN. Other parameters can keep default. Then hit the Apply button.
Navigate to Status—>Network Connections, to see if the router gets an IP address.
If not, you 'd better check the Modem Status.
