How to connect the EC3000 to InHand’s cloud management platform?

1. Ensure the device has internet access (via Ethernet or cellular). 2. Log in to InCloud Manager (https://star.inhandcloud.com) or DeviceLive. 3. Go to [Devices > Add] and enter the EC3000’s serial number (SN) and MAC address (found on the nameplate). 4. The device will go online automatically, enabling remote monitoring and configuration.
