1. Log in to the configuration tool and go to [Configurations > All Configurations > DM Setting]. 2. Set "DM mode" to "SMS+IP". 3. Enter the DM address (domain: g.inhandnetworks.com, port: 20003). 4. Configure "Heartbeat interval" (default 120s) and "Status data reporting interval" (default 3600s). 5. Save configurations— the device will connect to the platform automatically when online.
