How to restore the IR900 to factory settings?

Two methods:
Web Interface: Log in > Go to [Administration > Configuration Management] > Click "Restore Factory Default Settings" > Confirm and reboot.

Hardware Button: 1. Power on the device. 2. Press and hold the RESET button within 10 seconds until the ERR LED turns on. 3. Release, then press RESET again until ERR blinks. 4. Release and wait for the device to restart (factory reset complete when ERR turns off).
