IR624 E-commerce Warehouse Application

IR624 E-commerce Warehouse Application

1. Scene background
A 2000 square meter e-commerce warehouse used to rely on 20 workers to sort goods and operate forklifts. The shelves and storage locations were recorded in notebooks, and often "goods couldn't be found on the shelves"; Forklift dispatch calls for walkie talkies, often accompanied by phrases such as' forklift waiting for half a day, goods stacking at the door ';

2. Product selection
IR624 Industrial Router (capable of simultaneously connecting shelf sensors, forklift terminals, and sorting machines, able to withstand warehouse dust/temperature differences)

3. Core issues
Shelves, forklifts, and sorting machines operate independently and require manual coordination, resulting in low efficiency;
Inventory is updated manually, with many errors and omissions in storage locations, resulting in incorrect shipments;
Manual inspection for sorting machine jamming and conveyor belt faults.

4. Solution
Connect all devices with IR624: Connect the position sensors of the shelves, the positioning terminals of the forklifts, and the operation detectors of the sorting machines all to IR624, and the router will uniformly transmit the data of these devices to the warehouse cloud platform;
Real time inventory update: As soon as the shelf sensor detects the entry and exit of goods, the data is transmitted to the platform through IR624 seconds, and the central control screen directly displays "which location has what goods" without manual recording;
Fault "automatic call": If there is a problem with the equipment (such as the sorting machine getting stuck), IR624 will immediately send an alarm to the central controller's mobile phone, with the location of the fault attached, so there is no need to search the entire warehouse.
