When the SIM card is locked by a PIN, the correct solution is to contact your carrier. The specific steps are as follows: 
    Contact the operator's customer service (such as China Mobile 10086, China Unicom 10010, China Telecom 10000)   
Provide the identity verification information of the SIM card (such as service password, ID number)   
Apply to the customer service for obtaining the PUK code (an 8-digit unlock code)   
After obtaining the PUK code, do not operate on the 5G CPE02 device, but remove the SIM card and insert it into your mobile phone   
Input the PUK code and a new PIN code on your mobile phone, complete the unlocking process, and then insert the SIM card back into the 5G CPE02
