Web management interface for IG902H not accessible
We
have an edge gateway IG902H which was already configured. A few days
back it was powered off due to some network and infrastructure related
changes at the site. Now, after connecting back to the power, it is not
showing the web management interface even connecting locally to the
laptop. We have tried following things at our-end
- Set a static IP address:192.168.1.2 and subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 to the laptop. Please see the below screenshot.
- connect GE01 port to directly to the laptop
- Tried to access the web management interface on default gateway address (192.168.1.1) https://192.168.1.1/user/login. But it shows 'page can't be accessible.'
- Tried to power on-off a few times edge but still the same issue.
There
is a hard reset option which allows factory reset, but we haven't tried
until now as we don't want to loose any configured docker containers or
any other configured settings on the edge gateway. Is there any other way or configuration which can be tried.
Could you please suggest/help on this issue.
