What should I do if there is an error when adding a device on the InCloud platform

Adding devices to the platform may result in errors, usually due to the following reasons: 
1. Serial number already exists: The device has been added to the platform and cannot be added again; 
2. Invalid device information: Please confirm that the serial number and MAC address of the device match the information on the device nameplate;
