How to Access Device Manager and InConnect via InHand Cloud Service?

The InHand Cloud Service (including InCloud ManagerDeviceLive) adopts a unified account system.
Users can log in to all these platforms using the same account credentials and freely switch between them without the need to sign in repeatedly.
In addition, InHand provides standalone device management platforms — Device Manager and InConnect.
By performing a simple configuration, you can associate your existing InHand Cloud Service account with these two platforms to achieve:
  1. One-click quick login
  2. Seamless switching between platforms, eliminating the need to re-enter credentials

Prerequisites

  1. You already have an InHand Cloud Service account.
  2. You already have a Device Manager or InConnect account.

Configuration Steps

  1. Log in to the Device Manager or InConnect platform.
  2. Navigate to Settings >> InHand Cloud Service.
  3. Enable Allow login via InHand Cloud Service.

Verification

Method 1: Access Device Manager or InConnect via InHand Cloud Service

Scenario: When you are already logged in to the InHand Cloud Service and need to access Device Manager or InConnect.
  1. Log in to InHand Cloud Service.
  2. Go to the Console.
  3. Click Access Device Manager or Access InConnect.

Method 2: Log in to Device Manager or InConnect using InHand Cloud Service Credentials

Scenario: If you want to manage multiple platforms using the same credentials, you can log in this way.
  1. Go to the login page of Device Manager or InConnect.
  2. Click Use InHand Cloud Service Login.
  3. Enter your InHand Cloud Service account and password, then click Login.

FAQ

1. Failed to access Device Manager or InConnect from InHand Cloud Service
Please check the following:
  1. Make sure the email account you use in InHand Cloud Service is also registered in Device Manager or InConnect.If not, please register first in the corresponding platform.
  2. Verify that “Allow login via InHand Cloud Service” is enabled in Device Manager or InConnect.

2. If the administrator has enabled “Allow login via InHand Cloud Service,” can I log in directly through it?
No. Enabling “Allow login via InHand Cloud Service” is a per-user setting, which must be configured individually by each account.

3. Will device data from Device Manager or InConnect be synchronized to InHand Cloud Service?
No.Device data between Device Manager, InConnect, and InHand Cloud Service are completely independent.

4. Will user accounts from InHand Cloud Service be synchronized to other platforms?
No.User accounts in Device Manager, InConnect, and InHand Cloud Service are isolated from each other.
When you create an account in InHand Cloud Service, it will not automatically appear in Device Manager or InConnect.
If you want this account to have access, please manually add it to the user list in Device Manager or InConnect.
