InFMS Cloud User manual

1. Account and login

1.1. login

Using a computer browser to access InFMS cloud platform, the address is: http://fms.inhandnetworks.com/, it is recommended to use Google browser.

2.2. Account application

For account application, please contact corresponding sales person. And provide: company, contact name, contact phone number, email; You will receive an email if your application is successful. You can use your provided email address and password to log in.

2.3. Forget your password

If you forget your password, you can retrieve your password by forgetting it.

3. Overview

3.1. Login success page

After successful login, the summary page is displayed by default. Users can enter different menus to operate according to their needs.

3.2. Overview (Dashboard mode)

In dashboard mode, you can view the important information of the system, including the total number of refrigerators, the number of refrigerators online, the number of refrigerators deployed today, the number of KPIs in operation, the kpi compliance curve, and the ranking of SKUs purity. Users can quickly understand the current system running status.

  1. Refrigerator quantity:

Collect statistics on the number of refrigerators authorized by a platform account.

  1. Online quantity: 

Collect statistics on the total number of online refrigerators under the platform account permission.

  1. New quantity today: 

Statistics of the total number of refrigerators newly online today under the authority of the platform account.

  1. Number of KPIs:

Statistics the number of KPIs being executed under the platform account rights

  1. KPI achievement rate(Curve diagram):

Percentage of kpi targets achieved daily/monthly. 

  1. Top 5 product layout:

Top five products in terms of SKU percentage

3.3. Overview (Map mode)

In map mode, you can check the location of the refrigerator reported through the network. If the icon of the refrigerator is green in the map, the refrigerator is not lost; if the icon of the refrigerator is red in the map, the deviation between the refrigerator and the store address pre-recorded on the platform is more than 2km, and you need to check whether it is lost.

  1. Refrigerator list:

Users can filter the refrigerators they want to pay attention to by selecting a refrigerator in the list. The specific location of the refrigerator is displayed on the map on the right.

Introduction of screening conditions:

  1. Online status: Online freezer or Offline freezer
  2. Refrigerator number: The number of the refrigerator pre-input in the system
  3. Store name: Name of the store where the refrigerator is deployed
  4. Offset: More than 2km offset from the store/less than 2km offset from the store

List displays field descriptions:

  1. Check box: Select the refrigerator and click Query to view the real-time location of the refrigerator on the map.
  2. Online Status indicator:
  1. Green: online;
  2. Gray: Offline.
  1. Freezer number: The number of the freezer pre-input in the system
  2. Store name: Name of the store where the refrigerator is deployed
  1. Map:

The map module is mainly used to display the position of the refrigerator on the map. The user can select the refrigerator to be viewed from the refrigerator list and see its current position on the map (if the device is offline, the displayed position is the latest position information before offline).

The color of the refrigerator icon on the map:

  1. Green: The freezer is not offset
  2. Red: The freezer is offset

4. Refrigerator

4.1. Refrigerator Mgmt

Refrigerator management list, including refrigerator binding, refrigerator remote Settings, refrigerator details view and other functions.

4.1.1. Refrigerator list

  1. Online status:

Displays the online and offline status of the device. Green indicates online, and gray indicates offline.

  1. Refrigerator number:

The number assigned to the refrigerator by the system can be customized.

  1. Store name:

The name of the store where the refrigerator is located and the store information should be set in advance. When adding the refrigerator, the refrigerator and store information should be bound.

  1. Power supply mode:

The way the refrigerator controller is powered:

  1. Battery power :battery power is used
  2. Mains power :Mains power is used
  1. Work Mode:
  1. Refrigeration mode
  2. Normal temperature mode
  3. Energy-saving mode 
  1. Cabinet temperature(℃): the current cabinet temperature
  2. Daily Opening Times:The number of times the fridge has been opened today
  3. Daily Opening Times:The number of people near the refrigerator today
  4. Last SKU Analysis:Pictures of the last refrigerator display
  5. Operation: Operation button
  1. Modify:modifies basic refrigerator information
  2. Details:Check the refrigerator details
  1. Batch Remote Settings:Batch remote Settings. For details, see 3.1.2.
  2. Batch deletion: Batch deletion of multiple refrigerators. You can batch delete information about multiple refrigerators in the list
  3. +New: new refrigerator basic information binding, used for refrigerator deployment, controller number, refrigerator number and store binding.

4.1.2. Refrigerator operation

4.1.2.1. +New

When you need to deploy a NEW refrigerator, you need to click the new button, bind the refrigerator controller SN to the refrigerator number and the corresponding store to complete the deployment.

  1. Refrigerator number: The number of the refrigerator pre-input in the system
  2. Store name: Name of the store where the refrigerator is deployed
  3. Controller SN:Serial number of the refrigerator controller

4.1.2.2. Batch Remote Settings:

  1. Refrigerated cabinet working mode
  1. Refrigeration mode:
  1. Refrigeration  mode【Hi-Cool】
  2. Refrigeration  mode【Ld-Cool】
  3. Refrigeration  mode【nonstop】
  1. Normal temperature mode 
  2. Energy-saving mode

  4. Mixed, valid for both time and week:Set according to time and week
  1. Cabinet temperature

4.1.2.3. Modify

When you need to modify the store of a refrigerator, you need to click "Modify" button, adjust the corresponding parameters on the change page and save.

4.1.3. Refrigerator details

More detailed information about the refrigerator.

Basic information:

Refrigerator operating mode and temperature and other basic information.

Controller information:

Basic controller information and network status information

Store information:

Basic information and location information of the store

Aalarm information:

Alarms generated by the refrigerator.

4.2. Store Mgmt

Store management is used for refrigerator deployment and needs to be configured in advance before the refrigerator deployment. Store information must include location information (used to determine whether the refrigerator is missing) and owner information (used to assign the owner's management account).

4.3. Alarm

The Alarm page records all refrigerator exceptions and alarms

  1. Alarm level:
  1. Level 1 alarm:Critical alarm
  2. Level 2 alarm:Major alarm
  3. Level 3 alarm:General alarm
  1. Alarm status:

5. Product Mgmt

5.1. Product

It is used to manage goods that can be identified by the system. Only identifiable SKUs can carry out proportion analysis. If there is no product required by the customer, the user can apply for it from the system service provider.

  1. Product number

  4. Product market positioning: New product, best seller, competitive product
  5. Operation: Import (The platform provides a commodity library by default, you can import the required commodities by yourself. If not, you can contact the system service provider on new)

6. KPI Mgmt

6.1. KPI List

KPI list is used to set the requirement of SKUs proportion in the refrigerator cabinet. It can be assessed by day or month. After the examination period, the system will check the average proportion of SKUs during the examination period. If the refrigerator does not meet the KPI requirements, it does not pass the KPI assessment.

7. Statistical Analysis

7.1. SKU Analysis

By analyzing the SKUs proportion of all refrigerators under the account and the SKUs proportion of each refrigerator, users can quickly understand the SKUs proportion of the current system and make corresponding business decisions.

9.1. Organizational structure

Set the organization structure of the company to manage the refrigerator

After the organization tree is configured, data is not shared between different organizations at the same level. For example, the store (refrigerator) and kpi of Branch A cannot be accessed by the users of Branch B.
