1. InLink Introduction
InLink is a cloud platform created by InHand Networks that is dedicated to SIM card management, aimed at providing users with convenient, fast, and secure SIM card management services. We offer the following services:
- Real-time monitoring: Real-time monitoring of SIM card status and traffic consumption information.
- Package management: Self-service package replacement service to save SIM card data plan costs.
- Coverage of multiple operators: Reduce communication costs with multiple operators.
2. Login to InLink
2.1 Registration
Type https://link.inhandcloud.com/ in the web browser to go to the InLink registration and login page. (Google Chrome is recommended.)
| Note: If you have already registered with InCloud Manager, you do not need to register again. Simply log in with your InCloud Manager account and password.
2.2 Login
After registration, log in to InLink by using your registration email address and password. After login, go to the Security settings page to bind a mobile number. This allows you to log in to InLink by typing the mobile number.
| Note: For your security, please set up two-factor authentication on the Security settings page.
3. Account and Role
3.1 Account
Currently, each organization can have only one account, which is the account created during registration. This account has the highest level of functionality and data access. If you need to add users, please contact us.
3.2 Role
The platform currently only offers the System Administrator role, which has all the platform's functional permissions and access to all data permissions within the organization.
4. SIM Cards
On the SIM Cards page, You can manage SIM cards individually or in batches.

ICCID | SIM Card's Unique Identifier. |
SIM Status | The status of SIM: - Inventory: The status of new cards added to the platform.
- Activating: Indicates the status of the SIM card after activation.
- Activated: Indicates the status of the successfully activated card. The SIM card is activated before it can be used normally.
- Deactivating: Indicates the status of the SIM card after stopping the card operation.
- Deactivated: The status of the card that successfully suspended the service. After deactivated, the SIM card will not be able to function properly.

Last Connection Date | The SIM card's last connection start time. |
Cycle to Date Data | Data traffic generated by the current billing cycle of the SIM card. The usage data is not updated in real time, and there are different degrees of delay depending on the carrier's capacity. |
MSISDN | MSISDN information of the SIM card. |
IMEI | IMEI information of the SIM card. |
Data Type | The data type of the SIM card is currently using. |
Data Plan | The data plan of the SIM card is currently using. |
SIM Card Type | The type of the SIM card. |

Added At | The time when the SIM card was added to the platform. |

Actions | You can edit SIM card status, IMEI, data plan, and description information. |
Click Actions to manage the SIM card in batch. You can modify the SIM card status or data plan. You can also edit individual SIM card information in the SIM card list.
4.1.1 Activate
1. Select the SIM card you wish to activate. Only SIM cards in "Inventory" and "Deactivated" status can be activated, and they must have the data plan.
2. Click "Activate" and confirm the action in the pop-up window.
3. The SIM card list will display the activation status. If activation fails, there will be a notification message after the SIM card status.
4.1.2 Change Data Plan
- If your SIM card doesn't have a data plan, you can assign a plan to it before activation.
- If the data usage on your SIM card plan is insufficient, you can choose a different plan specification to optimize your costs.
4.1.3 Change SIM Info
Upload the file to Change the attributes for SIMs.
1.Click on "Change SIM Info".
2.Download the SIM card information template, and complete it with the SIM card details.
3.Upload the file and submit it. Currently, only changes to the SIM card's IMEI information are supported.
4.1.4 Deactivate
You can deactivate "Activated" SIM cards. Once a SIM card is deactivated, you cannot use its data traffic.
4.1.5 Change Note
This operation is used to modify the description information of a SIM card.
4.2 Change Logs
Click Change Logs, you can view SIM card activation or deactivation operation records, so as to troubleshoot problems.
5. Billings
On the billing page, you can view the billing information generated for each billing period and make payments.
5.1. Billing List
Field Name | Description |
Invoice ID | Indicates the unique ID of billing. |
Payment Status | Whether this bill is paid or not. |
Billing Cycle | The beginning month of the billing cycle. |
SIM Quantity | The number of SIM cards participating in traffic statistics during the billing cycle. |
Total Charge | The total charge during the billing cycle, including: total data charge, SIM card fee and tax. |
Data Charge | Traffic charges during the billing cycle. |
SIM Card Fee | Total empty card charges for new cards purchased by customers during the billing cycle. |
Tax | The sum of tax rates over the billing cycle. |
Data Volume | The total amount of data usage generated by all SIM cards during the billing cycle. |
Billing Start | The start time of this bill. |
Billing End | The end time of this bill. |
Payment Date | The time when you pay for this order. |
Payment Due Data | The payment link in the billing email has an expiration time, and the link will be invalid after the expiration. Payment on the platform is not affected. |
Actions | Download invoice, pay this bill, download receipt.

5.2 Make Payment
The platform will generate bills for each billing period 1-2 days after the billing period ends. When you receive the bill, please make the payment promptly to avoid any issues such as SIM card deactivation or other anomalies.
1.Select the unpaid bill and verify the accuracy of your billing information. If the information is correct, click "Pay". If there is an issue with your billing information, please contact us.
2. Choose your payment method and provide the necessary account details.
3. If you need someone else to make the payment, you can generate an payment link to send to the respective person. Other users do not need to log in to the platform to make the payment.
4. After a successful payment, the bill status will change to "Paid," and you can download the receipt.

①The platform supports credit card and bank account payments. If you need to make an offline payment, please contact us.
②Bank account payments may take approximately 1-2 days to process, so please be patient.
5.3 Billing Cycle Setting
Click on "Company Profile" to view your billing settings.The billing information includes the following content:

First Billing Month | The first month your account is billed. After registering on the platform, the system will generate your first bill on the 1st of the following month. |
Billing day | The specific billing date. For example: "1st" indicates that billing occurs on the 1st day of each month. |
Billing Frequency | The billing cycle, such as monthly billing or bi-monthly billing.

6.Orders
6.1 Order List
Click on "Orders" to view the list of orders, including all unpaid and paid orders. Order information is as follows:

- Ordered: The initial status of the order after creation.
- Processing: The staff is currently processing the order.
- Shipped: The SIM card has been shipped.

6.2 Create Order
Click "Create Order" to enter the page for purchasing SIM cards.
1.Choose the carrier, SIM card type, data type, data quota, and quantity, then click "Submit".
2.Confirm the order information and select the shipping address.
3.Confirm the order.
| Note: After submission, you don't need to pay for the SIM card fees immediately. The order charges will be included in your next billing statement.
6.3 Cancel Order
You can manually cancel an order if there are any errors in the order information or if you want to cancel the purchase. Only orders in the "Ordered" status can be canceled.
7. Logs
Record all user actions on the platform for troubleshooting purposes.
FAQ
1.What is the billing model of the platform?
The platform operates on a postpaid billing model, which means you can use the data plan on your SIM cards first, and we will calculate your monthly data usage and associated charges at the end of the month. You only need to pay the monthly bill after it has been generated.
2.Why did the activation/deactivation fail?
In most cases, it might be due to a request timeout. You can try retrying the operation. You can also check the specific reasons for the failure by going to the "Change Log" at the top of the SIM card list.
3.How to add another account within the organization?
